General Parking Information
While the Festival concerts take place during the height of the Newport summer season, there is ample complimentary parking at all concert venues. Rhode Island Public Transportation (RIPTA) offers Trolley service on the Yellow Line (Rte. 67) to the Newport Mansions, Bellevue Avenue shopping, the Cliff Walk, Rough Point and within close proximity to most Festival sites. Check their website at ripta.com or phone 401-781-9400 for a current itinerary.

Late Arrivals
Prompt curtains are a hallmark of the Festival.  Please check the concert times carefully, as they sometimes vary. Latecomers are asked to wait until seated by ushers only between selections in the program. Those who need to leave before the end of the concert are asked to do so between program pieces in order to not disturb other patrons.

Cameras, recorders, phones, etc.
Camera and recording equipment are prohibited in the concert halls. Cellular phones, electronic pagers and chiming digital watches should be turned off prior to the performances. Do adhere to this request!
